Motion Graphics Designer

Independent Contractor Fully Remote Sri Lanka

About the role

This is a long-term contractor position — not one-time freelance work. You'll create animated music content for international projects throughout the year, working with the team behind releases for Justin Bieber, Snoop Dogg, Ava Max and labels like Sony BMG and Warner Music.

What you'll do

Create high-quality motion graphic lyric videos and animations
Sync visuals, typography and animations with music and lyrics
Manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

What you'll need

5+ years of professional Adobe After Effects experience (mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
A strong understanding of typography, composition, timing and visual storytelling
Fluency in Sinhala and English
Bonus: lyric video / music visual experience and custom illustration skills

Your setup

A powerful workstation capable of complex motion graphics and rendering
High-speed internet (50+ Mbps recommended)
A dedicated, distraction-free workspace
